  Unfortunately  items which must be washed by hand will be returned uncleaned. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged if we can’t clean your clothes!

  You can include any items that are suitable for both a 30°C wash and tumble dry at medium heat.

  No, as these items need special care and must be ordered separately. Laundry service items are not dry cleaned and we do not accept responsibility for any damage caused to such items.
